Meet the CEO

ceoAs an equestrian and “lover” of all animals, I am proud of the “C”-Horse Ranch heritage. In 1998 we opened the ranch and its 10 beautiful acres to serve the incredible community we live in and strive to fulfill our promise to all who come here: “Success in the Saddle and in Life”. Over the years, this vision has become a reality. Many of those in our community have become part of the “C”-Horse Ranch family. As vendors we serve the Community at large including but not limited to: Auburn Recreation Department, the United Auburn Indian Community, Girl Scouts, Home Schools/Charter Schools, Cancer Survivors, CASA Kids and the Interfaith Food Closet with vegies from our organic garden .The ranch is continually evolving and has reached one of its most exciting times. The ranch provides a myriad of opportunities for young and mature riders both the beginning and experienced student. We also offer programs for those with special needs. (By the way we all have special needs).

I give you my heartfelt thanks for your support of Healing Pastures. It is so important to our organization. When you support Healing Pastures (our non profit) at C-Horse Ranch, you become a part of something really special: a “community” of staff and volunteers along with myself dedicated to serving Placer County. Healing Pastures will allow us to further expand our services at C-Horse Ranch. This will benefit cancer survivors, the Placer County Food Band, special needs children and adults, and foster children from Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). We continue to care for rescued horses and animals.

“C”- Horse Ranch has emerged as a place where, staff, students and friends come together in a unique and special environment. We provide the best in Equestrian training with a focus on excellence in teaching and training. Our 35 animals (30 of which are rescued) are a delight to everyone.( and they are really happy to be HERE and feel safe and cared for).

Our trained staff members are dedicated to enhancing learning and encouraging positive growth in our students. Whether showing, pleasure riding, dressage, hunt seat or personal growth. We have our three “C” ‘s Courage, Confidence, Caring and of course “Self Esteem” for our animals and our humans.

I am pleased to share with you our plan for 2013. While reaffirming our commitments to excellence and service, this blueprint declares our intention to provide more opportunities for our community, by establishing a non-profit status for “C”-Horse Ranch, a project that is already well underway.

Thank you for visiting our website. I invite you to visit us in person and experience all the facets of “C”-HorseRanch.
